Terms of Sale (Conditions Générales de Vente)

Article 1 – Seller information These terms of sale are entered into between Chai Stub, 12 Rue du commissaire divisionnaire becker, 67100 Strasbourg, France, SIRET: 93447704300012, VAT: FR94934477043, email: info@chaistub.com ("the Seller"), and any person making a purchase on www.chaistub.com ("the Customer").

Article 2 – Scope and acceptance These terms govern all sales concluded on www.chaistub.com. By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms in full. They apply to all buyers, including those located in other EU member states.

Article 3 – Products Products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. The Seller reserves the right to modify the product range at any time. Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

Article 4 – Pricing Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR), inclusive of all applicable taxes (TTC). For deliveries within the EU, prices reflect the VAT rate applicable in the Customer's country of residence, in accordance with EU VAT rules (OSS regime). The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; orders are billed at the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Article 5 – Orders Orders are placed online via www.chaistub.com. An order confirmation email is sent upon receipt of payment. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud, with full reimbursement to the Customer.

Article 6 – Payment Payment is due in full at the time of order. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. All transactions are secured. The Seller does not store payment card data.

Article 7 – Delivery Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer at checkout. Delivery times are indicative and may vary by destination. The Seller ships within France and to EU member states. In the event of a delivery delay exceeding 30 days, the Customer may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal (EU consumers) In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and French law (Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code), EU consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@chaistub.com. The Customer bears the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Article 9 – Returns and refunds Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. For defective or incorrect items, the Seller covers return shipping costs.

Article 10 – Legal guarantees All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L. 217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). EU consumers also benefit from equivalent guarantees under the laws of their country of residence.

Article 11 – Dispute resolution In the event of a dispute, the Customer is encouraged to contact the Seller first at [your contact email]. If no resolution is reached, the Customer may refer the matter to a certified mediator. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Article 12 – Applicable law These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the Customer's country of residence within the EU.
