Pumpkin Spice Recipe
About the Pumpkin spice
A soothing, caffeine-free spice hug — cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, star anise, ginger, and vanilla in perfect harmony.

Ingredients (recipe for 4 cups)
- 2 (+ 1/2 extra cup) cups of water (1 cup = 200ml)
- 2 cups of Oatmilk (barista edition)
- 2 tea spoons of our Pumpkin spice
- 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree (preferably freshly prepared)
- Half thumb-size fresh ginger mashed (optional or according to taste)
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar or a sweetner (according to taste)
- Pinch of cinnamon powder (to sprinkle, at the end)
Preparation
Step 1: Place a pot on the stove and add 2 + 1/2 cups of water (extra water added since it evaporates fast! :))
Step 2: Add the pumpkin spice and the pumpkin puree. Simmer on a medium heat for 3-4 mins until it starts to boil (not boiling)
Step 3: (Optional) Add mashed ginger (half thumb-size) and sugar or sweetener of your choice
Step 4: Once it starts to boil, add Oatmilk (recommended barista edition)
Step 5: Simmer again on medium-to-high heat for 4-5 mins, bring it to boil, then gradually reduce the heat. Let it settle for few extra minutes, it helps infuse the spices better.
Strain the pumpkin spice chai into a cup.
If you love cinnamon, sprinkle a pinch on top.
