About the Recipe
Savor the warmth of our Chai blend with your loved ones and cherish the moments shared over a cup of freshly brewed chai. Let your early mornings be filled with energy and a healthy mindset.
Ingredients (recipe for 3-4 cups)
- 400 ml water (1 cup = 200ml)
- 2 table spoons (16g) of our Chai blend
- 8g of fresh ginger root mashed (optional)
- 2 tablespoons (32g) of brown sugar or a sweetner (according to taste)
- 400ml of Oatmilk or 200ml of classic (Cow) milk
- 1/2 tea spoon of cinnamon powder (optional)
Preparation
Step 1: Place a pot on the stove and add 400 ml of water
Step 2: Add 2 tablespoons of our Chai blend and simmer on medium-to-high heat for 4-5 mins
Step 3: (Optional) Add mashed ginger (thumb-size) and sugar or sweetener of your choice
Step 4: Once it starts to boil, add milk
Step 5: Simmer again on medium-to-high heat for 4-5 mins, bring it to boil, then gradually reduce the heat
When the chai takes on a creamy, golden hue, it’s ready!
Strain the chai into a cup.
